Sports and Courts offers approximately 20,000 square feet of versatile indoor space designed to accommodate a wide range of athletic and fitness activities.
The property features a full-size gymnasium ideal for basketball, volleyball, pickleball and other court sports, along with an attached field house that provides additional room for training, practice sessions and games. Complementing these spaces is a separate Pilates studio, offering a dedicated environment for strength, flexibility, and wellness programming. Together, these thoughtfully designed areas create a dynamic, all-in-one facility suited for athletes, teams, and individuals of all ages and skill levels.

Hard-court field house with an upstairs spectator gallery, leased to our resident volleyball club, Renaissance Volleyball, for training, practice and competition.
A separate, dedicated studio for strength, flexibility and wellness programming — home to IM=X Pilates.
Facility rental
Individuals, coaches, and sports organizations looking to host practices, training sessions, or events can easily rent space at Sports and Courts North.
